摘要:针对单晶涡轮叶片榫头进气窗口区域的再结晶问题,以降低叶片榫头进气窗口应力集中区域残余应力值为目标,基于仿真迭代,通过对榫头进气窗口圆角半径的优化,实现了对再结晶区域精铸残余应力的调控.结果表明,单晶涡轮叶片进气窗口圆角半角R为1.2mm时,应力集中区域热残余应力下降28.1%.通过实验证明该参数下进气窗口再结晶现象得到消除.
