基于多色集合的产品配置与可扩展性分析

摘要:针对产品配置结果多样化,配置模型可扩展等需求,提出使用多色集合进行产品配置求解,算法易于扩展,求解结果多样化。以产品模块为单位,使用功能块对产品模块进行聚类,控制单次求解规模。基于需求与产品系列的关系、需求与模块的关系以及性能与模块的关系,建立多层多色集合围道矩阵。考虑产品配置特点,提出统一颜色的体的推理算法,并建立产品配置求解流程。通过研究需求及模块变化对多色集合求解的影响,讨论了产品配置模型的可扩展性和扩展影响。最后,以某型罐式运输车为对象,验证多色集合产品配置模型的可靠性和合理性。
