摘要:针对考虑稳定性的复杂产品多品种小批量生产线优化问题,提出一种基于工艺路线优化以提高生产线稳定性的方法.首先采用复杂网络理论构建了混线生产网络模型,深入分析了网络拓扑特性.在分析混线生产网络脆弱性和鲁棒性的基础上,考虑设备故障、生产任务安排不合理等造成生产线阻塞的因素,建立了混线生产网络脆性风险熵函数,作为表征生产线稳定性的指标,同时考虑制造成本,建立系统优化模型以提高生产线的稳定性.以某航空发动机压气机叶片生产线为例进行实验,结果证明了所提方法的有效性和正确性.
